William Galkin is an Internet Attorney and Computer Technology Attorney, located in Baltimore, Maryland, who has dedicated his legal practice to representing Internet, e-commerce, computer technology and new media businesses  across the U.S. and around the world. Additionally, he serves as Of Counsel to the Information Technology Group of a leading Israeli law firm, managing many U.S. transactions for the firm’s clients.  He is a graduate of New York University School of Law, author of Maryland Intellectual Property and Technology Transactions Forms and Practice Manual, and a former adjunct professor of computer law at the University of Maryland School of Law.
